• Supports Apple Music integration and manual artist entry
• Provides city recommendations based on music taste analysis

• Provides a newsletter service for music events and travel deals

Apple Music Integration

Our service integrates with Apple's MusicKit API. By connecting Apple Music, you:

• Grant us read-only access to your music library and listening history
• Acknowledge that we are not affiliated with Apple Inc.
• Agree to comply with Apple's Terms of Service and Media Services Terms
• Understand you can revoke access at any time via your Apple ID settings

MusicKit permissions we request:

• Music Library: To access your music library and listening history
• Heavy Rotation: To access your frequently played artists and albums

Manual Artist Entry

Alternatively, you can enter your favorite artists manually without connecting any music service. In this case:

• We only process the artist names you provide
• No music service account is required
• Your artist preferences are stored temporarily in your browser

We only request read-only permissions for music services. We cannot and will not modify any data on your music streaming accounts.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our matching algorithm
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from our service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate results
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

By using our service, you acknowledge that we use:

• Google Tag Manager: To manage tracking and analytics scripts

• Service interruptions

All content, design, and functionality of SoundLocate are owned by Utilab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Apple, Apple Music, and MusicKit are trademarks of Apple Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the website or email.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these terms.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by:

• Revoking Apple Music access via your Apple ID settings
• Clearing your browser cookies
• Contacting us to request data deletion
