Hi, I'm Seva Evlakhoff, the founder of SoundLocate.

I've been a digital nomad for many years, originally from Lithuania, calling Paris home but constantly exploring the world. Currently in Asia, I've spent years moving between cities, cultures, and communities. Along the way, I started to notice something fascinating.

Music is the best indicator of whether a place is "yours" or not — whether the people there are your people, whether the city matches your vibe, whether the lifestyle feels like home.

Again and again, I found that my favorite artists were popular in my favorite cities. Even more interesting — they were also popular in cities I'd never visited, but when I eventually did, those places felt instantly familiar. They looked, felt, and vibed like my favorite cities. The people there thought like me, created like me, lived like me.
